To understand and enact the Policies and Procedures of Autism Solutions Ltd To contribute to own personal development, particularly through attendance at all training opportunities provided, and to contribute to the establishment of the team as a centre of excellence for autism support provision To work flexibly, both in terms of hours, areas of work and location 3.2 Responsibilities 3.2.1 To coordinate the development of Support Programmes based upon individual needs, and to be actively involved in putting these into practice. 3.2.2 To work with Service Users, both on an individual and group basis, on a wide range of activities which meet identified needs and which contribute to securing a valued life-style for the person/people involved. 3.2.3 To support Service Users in all aspects of personal care, as appropriate. 3.2.4 To enable Service Users to access and utilise the resources and activities available within the local and wider communities. 3.2.5 To perform a Keyworker role for identified Service User(s). 3.2.6 To contribute to individual reviews and plans, as required. 3.2.7 To liase regularly with Service Users family members, friends, advocates and any involved professionals, as necessary. 3.2.8 To account for any moneys spent on behalf of Service Users or Autism Solutions Ltd, and to produce receipts for any expenditure. 3.2.9 To be available (if requested) to support Service Users on holidays away from their home area. 3.2.10 To work as a member of a team and contribute towards the team ethos. 3.2.11 To attend, and participate in, staff meetings, training and supervision and other sessions, as requested. 3.2.12 To be conversant, and act upon, Health and Safety Policy and Procedures. 3.2.13 To carry out any other reasonable duties directed by the Services Manager to ensure the successful operation of service delivery.
