Holistic Care
Holistic Care is an exciting new service for young people aged 11-18 years old with an autistic spectrum condition, or similar complex needs.
We currently have 3 residential homes:
Blackmorley is a 3 bedded house and can accomodate short breaks and full time residential care. It is situated in Curry Rival, near Langport.
Rawlins Avenue is a 2 bedded house for short breaks only. It is situated in Weston Super Mare, North Somerset.
Chitterwel villa is a 3 bedded house and can accomadate short breaks or full time residential care. It is situated in Wellington, near Taunton.
Autism Solutions and Holistic Care, between them, will now be able to support young people through the transition into adulthood and beyond, without the need to change support provider, and, more inportantly, those people directly supporting them and with whom they have developed a relationship of trust and understanding - features vital for the effective support of young people into adulthood, and missing in almost all other services available.
