Autism Solutions provide residential services registered with CSCI ( The Commission for Social Care and Inspection) at Nortonbrook and The Mallards.

Nortonbrook is a spacious four-bedroom house wich is home to two people, both of whom require high levels of staff support to live active, fulfilling and inclusive lives. Their programmes include swimming, holidays, drives and walks, trampolining and a range of other recreational activities. A total communication model is employed and the staff team supporting them work to guidelines which have been developed to best support the individual behaviours of the two service users, and which are regularly reviewed and updated.

The Mallards is a service developed specifically for one person who, as well as his autism, has complex needs associated with significant visual impairment. The staff team supporting this individual were involved in a long, planned transition for him from secure accommodation, and have been instrumental in developing the behaviour guidelines which support him and have enabled him to rediscover a life in the wider community.
